Did you know that Teddy Roosevelt is the only person to win both the Nobel Prize and the US' highest award for war. Totally unrelated matter,crocs are deadly, and i'm not talking about the gater variety. Rubber crocs are causing so much friction in Hospitals that they are affecting the instruments with static electricity. This is just another example of THE SUN et al attempting to place the fear of god into us about anything, American style, no offence, unless Michael Moore's been exadurating. At work, the most annoying thing about it being that some people aren't. I'd love to be able to watch A Place in the sun or UK TV History's Rome Season in the comfort of my own living quarters. Good Day Lovemachine!
The newspapers are generally packed with tosh these days - i say 'these days' infact, this is my 2nd day i've picked up the free metro on my way into work! So far i've read about a 2month old who has the fullest head of ginger hair u've ever seen, a hamster who managed to escape in its exercise ball and end up 3 miles away from home, a guy who robbed the wrong house and ended up being arrested by the 'cop' home owner and last, but by no means least, i've been informed about when and where blu tack was invented! All riviting stuff i hear u cry but this was all on page 3 (may have been a little more intrested if it was the Sun!) Stories to follow included the funeral of Rhys Jones, maddie's parents becoming suspects and the confirmation of 'the world's most beautiful voice' (Pavarotti) passing away. Only in a world this crazy would the headlines follow suit!
